In 2009, Hillel at Davis and Sacramento celebrated 44 years of serving Jewish students in our community. In the 1960s there were just a few hundred students in the Davis and Sacramento area. Today there are over 4,500!
We want to invite you to be a part of laying the groundwork for Hillel's future.
The new Hillel House has been designed to be eco-friendly and will be one of the first "green" Hillel buildings in the country. The Jewish values of "Baal Tashchit" (do not destroy the earth) and "Shomrei Adamah" (caretakers of the earth) have guided us in this project.
